Ayvens is drawing attention with fresh news from Germany and used-vehicle leasing. Through the brands ALD Automotive and LeasePlan, which are integrated into the Ayvens structure, the group consolidates a large part of its business in the German leasing market.
In the press and the industry, Athlon Germany is regarded as one of the major vehicle leasing providers, while Arval stands out with full-service offerings and fleet solutions. Sixt Leasing and Europcar Mobility Group combine leasing with mobility services. Deutsche Leasing is changing leadership at the top, Mobility Concept is courting customers as an independent fleet financier, and akf-Mobility is expanding its offering with fleet and bicycle leasing.
The leasing market in Germany is therefore dominated by a few large groups, yet independent providers are successfully occupying niches. Competition is increasingly shifting from pure financing toward service, fleet management and mobility solutions.
