TIP México once again set the pace for the sector with its leasing business, while BitCar, its digital line, gained traction thanks to its expansion in financing and rental. AMAVe also drew attention again due to double-digit growth in vehicle leasing in the country.
Idealease steered the conversation toward fleets and corporate rental services, while Localiza, Enterprise and Avis maintained their weight among the market's most recognizable brands. Hertz remained the classic benchmark for car rental, and Budget and Europcar kept their visibility among travelers and in sector searches.
Competition is split between leasing for businesses and rentals for travelers, two fronts that feed off each other. The result is a market growing on the corporate and digital side, but still supported by traditional brands with decades of recognition.
