Certificate programs dominated today's agenda mostly because of YÖK. The institution announced that, effective October 1, 2026, it has introduced common quality standards for certificate programs, which reignited the debate over e-Devlet verification.

İTÜ Sürekli Eğitim Merkezi announced its new-term certificate programs starting in October and moved into second place on the list. Anadolu Üniversitesi kept the application and exam schedule of its summer-term e-Sertifika programs up to date, while Karabük Üniversitesi continued to actively list its new e-Devlet-compatible certificate programs. İstanbul Üniversitesi Sürekli Eğitim Merkezi stood out with a similar agenda, and SOCAR Energy School announced that applications for its fifth-term certificate program will remain open until mid-October. BSH Türkiye drew attention on the corporate certification front by launching a technical writing certificate program, while SEGEM became a visible part of the ecosystem with its certificate verification service offered through e-Devlet. Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi, with its announcement on YÖK's new quality standard regulation, and ÇOMÜ Sürekli Eğitim Merkezi, with its programs that can be queried through e-Devlet, kept their places on the list.

Overall, the continuing education centers of universities and corporate training initiatives appear to be entering a process of aligning with e-Devlet verification in line with YÖK's new standards.
